We offer a thirty-day (from date of receipt)
money back* guarantee as long as the following are met:
The product has not been used and is in
the original container with all packing materials, including
warranty registration form that has not been filled out.
The customer pays for the return postage and insurance. Shipping
charges for refused deliveries will be charged to customer. There
are no exceptions.
A return authorization must be received or returns will be refused.
Original invoice must be returned with item.
Special Order Items, Parts, Books and Videos
may not be returned.
All returned items undergo an extensive
and thorough inspection. Any product determined to have been
used, and/or to have been in contact with any food ,will not
be accepted for return. There are no exceptions.
If the product is found to be damaged or
defective to no fault of the customer, the item will be replaced
by the manufacturer. Any damage or defective products should
be reported by the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the
product. Replacements are made by the manufacturer.
All warranties are with the customer and
the manufacturer and/or importer.
GulfCoast Juicers does not imply any other warranty or guarantee
on the products it sells. Customer is responsible for shipping
items needing warranty work back to the manufacturer / importer.
*There
is a twenty percent (20%) return/restocking fee on any items
returned for refund. Return/restocking fee will apply to any
orders canceled after they have been shipped. Shipping charges
are not refundable. Any order totaling $500.00 or more will be
charged a 3% cancellation charge if payment has been processed
and order is canceled prior to shipping. There are no exceptions.
Refused deliveries on international orders
will be charged shipping both ways. Customer is responsible
for shipping charges both ways on all international orders. There
are no exceptions.
