Returns We offer a thirty-day (from date of receipt) money back* guarantee as long as the following are met: The product has not been used
and is in the original container with all packing materials,
including warranty registration form that has not been
filled out. Special Order Items, Parts, Books and Videos may not be returned. All returned items undergo an extensive and thorough inspection. Any product determined to have been used, and / or to have been in contact with any food ,will not be accepted for return. There are no exceptions. If the product is found to be damaged or defective to no fault of the customer, the item will be replaced by the manufacturer. Any damage or defective products should be reported by the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Replacements are made by the manufacturer. All warranties are with the customer
and the manufacturer. *There is a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee on any items returned for refund. Restocking fee will apply to any orders canceled after they have been shipped. Shipping charges are not refundable. There are no exceptions. Refused deliveries on international orders will be charged shipping both ways. Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on all international orders. There are no exceptions.
